ADMISSION/ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

Nurse Aide Training
Individuals applying for this course are required to have:

• A government issued ID

• Social Security Card

• 18 Years of Age or Older

• Negative TB Test

• Criminal Background Check: Not listed on the department’s EDL and has not been convicted or entered a plea of guilty to a misdemeanor or felony charges

• Be registered with the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR). Students may verify registration or register at https://health.mo.gov/safety/fcsr/.

Health Requirements: Student must consider the fact that they will need to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.

Day Class 8am to 3:30 pm

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
